This is a virtual service.

QueryClient, if provided with sufficient data (minimally two to three specific data points), regarding a legitimately existing search subject, should render some affirmative result.

The fee for this service is a flat $25.

Reasonable grounds for a refund would be as follows: If zero results are located, about a legitimately existing entity/subject, through the agency’s database / investigation, in response to a customer query.

Without being provided enough data to cross-reference a subject, results may be overly broad.

However, for legitimate factual queries, obtaining zero results is extremely unlikely. The data returned may not be what the customer wanted to hear, but it is data, and that’s what’s being advertised.

QueryClient is simply a tool for customers who are searching for any additional information for lack of it.
